Relationship COMPASS

Building healthy, meaningful relationships takes effort, clear communication, and a whole lot of mutual understanding. That’s why we dedicated the final episode of our COMPASS series to navigating our connections with care!

On December 6, 2025, our community gathered for COMPASS Episode 5 | Relationship COMPASS! Resource person Ko Tun Lu kicked off the day with a fun matching activity, followed by an insightful session unpacking the core “5 Rs” of Relationship Management. In the afternoon, teams acted out common relationship hiccups through mini-skits and brainstormed real ways to resolve misunderstandings, while a word-guessing game showed us just how easily miscommunication happens. We wrapped up with a sweet activity where everyone wrote appreciation messages to their loved ones.
