SOW Together 2025

We often hear that to get far in life, you need big dreams. But turning those big dreams into real progress requires more than just inspiration — it takes practical tools, steady self-discipline, and a solid community backing you up. To close out 2025, we gathered to focus on goal-setting, personal growth, and building meaningful connections that last long after the workshop ends.

On November 22, 2025, our community gathered for COMPASS Episode 3 | SOW Together 2025! The day opened with live acoustic sets, alumni introductions, and a fast-paced game of “Networking Bingo.” Our resource speaker, Ko Kaung Chin Htan, shared practical goal-setting frameworks (W-H-W and 2C-2D-R) to help us stay disciplined and build real habits. We swapped ideas through a “Business Card Exchange,” then went head-to-head in an energetic team Kahoot trivia battle before wrapping up with big smiles, new ideas, and our classic group photo.
